Return and Refund Policy
At Mommas Hive, all sales are final. While we truly hope you love every item you purchase, please note that—to the extent permitted by law—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or merchandise credits on Holiday items, Swimwear, Sleepwear, Squishies, or Custom pieces.
All other eligible items may be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unworn condition (other than trying on) and free of any signs of wear or use.
If your return is not postmarked within 3 days of your approved return date, the return will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
Please note there is a $5 flat rate return shipping charge as well as a 10% restocking fee.
All refunds will be in the form of store credit. To use the store credit you must be logged into your Shop account.
Refunds on preorders will NOT be honored due to failure to read that an item is a preorder. We do our utmost to provide accurate estimated time frames in each preorder description so you know when to expect your item(s). If you ever have questions, we’re here to help.
