Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship via economy shipping for a flat rate of $5.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned — international shipping is coming soon!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please note: all sales are final on sale items.

Do you offer refunds?

We issue store credit only — no cash refunds or exchanges. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (see the Contact section below). Return shipping is a flat rate of $5, which will be deducted from your store credit. A 10% restocking fee also applies.

Preorders

What is a preorder?

Preorder items are pieces we've curated and ordered on your behalf — they haven't arrived in our hands yet. When you purchase a preorder item, you're reserving it before it's in stock.

When will my preorder ship?

Each preorder listing includes an estimated arrival window. Once your preorder item arrives, it will be processed and shipped within our standard 3–5 business day timeframe. We'll keep you updated if timelines change.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Preorders may be cancelled for store credit before the item ships. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes detailed sizing information to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend checking the size guide on the individual product listing before ordering. If you're between sizes, we're happy to help — just reach out before you purchase!

Do your items run true to size?

Fit can vary by style and brand. Check the product description and size notes on each listing for specific guidance. When in doubt, contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.

Do you have a physical location?

Yes! You can find us at the Wolfforth Farmers Market every Saturday. We're based in Levelland, TX and love connecting with our local community in person. Come say hi and shop the latest arrivals!
